Integrated manufacturing under one roof
Our machining facility features 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling centers, CNC lathes, Swiss machining centers, EDM, and wire cutting equipment. We work with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, and engineering plastics to produce complex components with tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm.
Our optical manufacturing division specializes in custom precision optical components ranging from 3mm to 200mm diameter. We produce spherical lenses, optical domes, mirrors, prisms, and windows from optical glass, fused silica, sapphire, and other materials with precision polishing and AR coating capabilities.
We design and manufacture custom sensor systems for industrial and semiconductor applications. Our capabilities include sensor design, electronics integration, prototyping, testing, calibration, and OEM production.
